Pollution by plastic:
The pollution of the environmen is a serious and big problem! First of all, however, it should be noted that the environmental impact of plastic is caused in particular by the improper use and the careless handling of disposal by the consumer himself.
Avoiding plastic waste:
With Pro-In® Protect Inlay we offer the possibility of a sensible use of regenerated plastic as our product basis with the option to dispose of it after the single application for the protection of your health as a welcome source of energy in incinerators. This leads in the consequence to a demonstrable reduction of the plastic waste mountains and to a releave of our environment!
Selection of material:
After extensive consideration, we have chosen polyethylene (PE) made of 100%recycled material as the basis of our product.
Alternative substances currently do not fulfill our product requirements or the requirements of the environment.
Nonetheless, we will of course constantly monitor the technical developments of alternative materials and adapt our product range accordingly.
The key - a closed circuit:
In the application, we rely on a closed circuit, which means that Pro-In® Protect Inlay after his single use can be stored directly in specially designed containers and can be properly disposed or recycled.
This means that our plastic material, when handled carefully, does not pose environmental pollution.
Polyethylene - an environment friendly and ecologically sensible material:
Polyethylene is a thermoplastic, highly eco-friendly plastic that is recyclable and burns pollution-free without the production of toxic gases or other waste products.
Producing Polyethylene no odor or sewage, toxic gases or other questionable products are formed.
Polyethylene basically contains the same basic organic substances as wood and plant fibers, namely carbon and water.
